Vice President, Strategic Alliances

Spring Health is a mission-driven mental health care company using clinically validated technology to deliver precision mental healthcare for employers and health plans. They seek an experienced VP of Strategic Alliances to lead consultant relations, grow pipeline through top benefits consulting firms, and manage a team of seven to drive revenue and product-informed partnerships.

Skills

  • Proven leadership managing and scaling high-performing alliances or partnerships teams
  • Established relationships and credibility with national benefits consulting firms
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving pipeline and bookings through channel partners
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes consulting engagements
  • Data-driven approach to identify opportunities and measure impact

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a consultant relations strategy to increase Spring Health awareness, advocacy, and pipeline across employer and health plan markets
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of 7 Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development
  • Drive pipeline growth via targeted strategies and deep partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms
  • Develop high-level relationships with leaders at top-tier consulting firms and secure preferred provider or formal partnership statuses
  • Partner with marketing to design and execute targeted consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and events
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align on goals and go-to-market motion
  • Provide competitive intelligence and consultant perspectives to inform product and growth roadmaps
  • Translate company strategy into clear goals and success criteria for the Alliances team and manage team capacity to remove obstacles

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) is a plus but not required
