GTM Lead

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to create and grow our national enterprise pipeline from the ground up, making your mark on our go-to-market strategy right from the start. We’re looking for someone with a few years of experience in MEP or SaaS sales, and who knows their way around Revit. You’ll deliver engaging product demos, connect with key decision-makers, and help us win strategic accounts. This is your chance to take full ownership of our pipeline generation and help build a top-notch sales function.

You’ll also get to travel across the U.S meeting with some of the nation’s leading engineering firms and forging meaningful relationships. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a big impact, enjoy plenty of autonomy, and help shape a game-changing product, we’d love to hear from you!

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience working with AEC software sales or within a leading SaaS startup environment.

  • A strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude.

  • Someone who’s systems-oriented and loves thinking from first principles, comfortable navigating ambiguity.

  • Familiarity with Revit and a good understanding of the wider AEC ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Build and grow a nationwide enterprise sales pipeline across the U.S.

  • Connect with and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout customer organizations.

  • Lead product demos and share with the market why Endra exists and the value we offer.

  • Identify internal champions at each account and actively support their success.

  • Start, develop and deepen relationships with the largest engineering firms in the U.S.
