Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Organize sales training and professional development programs.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
