Recruiting Manager, Hardware

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor-fusion systems to accelerate military capability. The company seeks a hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead and scale Mechanical and Electrical Engineering hiring for the Hardware Platform, partnering with senior leaders to design talent strategy, optimize recruiting processes, and execute critical hires.

Skills

  • 10+ years progressive talent acquisition experience with 4+ years in leadership or senior IC roles
  • Deep expertise recruiting hardware roles (mechanical, electrical, propulsion, reliability, etc.)
  • Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence Directors/VPs on hiring strategy
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using ATS/CRM (Greenhouse preferred) to report and optimize
  • Advanced sourcing techniques including market mapping and executive networking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Authorization as a U.S. Person for access to export-controlled information/facilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned to Hardware Platform goals and company growth
  • Lead, mentor, and support recruiters on complex searches and best practices to scale hiring efforts
  • Partner with C-level and senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, and talent forecasting
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for critical and leadership-level hardware requisitions from intake to offer close
  • Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to inform hiring decisions and candidate offers
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, optimize workflows, and present actionable insights to leadership
  • Champion employer brand and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition peers to align strategies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant recruiting or HR certifications a plus
