Figma is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for interns and full-time candidates, implementing creative and inclusive hiring strategies to attract top early talent.
Responsibilities: Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, create hiring strategies, partner with leaders for talent acquisition, manage event ownership for candidates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Skills: 5+ years in early career recruiting, expertise in inclusive hiring practices, strong event planning skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Experience with both technical and non-technical programs is preferred; familiarity with Figma & FigJam is a plus but not required.
Location: This position can be performed in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, with opportunities for travel to various events.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $100,000.
