- Progressive employee relations and people management experience in a global context

- Data-informed approach to ER reporting and trend analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Benefits, and People teams
Responsibilities
- Design and own global employee relations strategy aligned to company values and growth plans
- Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of four ER professionals
- Lead or co-lead complex, high-risk employee investigations in partnership with Employment Legal
- Advise on accommodations, leave, and performance matters with cross-functional partners
- Partner with People Partners and senior leaders to influence decisions on employee risk and performance management
- Build manager capability for handling performance, conflict, and other employee issues
- Maintain ER data hygiene, reporting, and trend analysis to inform leadership and policy changes
- Drive continuous improvement of ER processes to increase scalability and consistency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred but not required
