Facilities Engineering Lead (Remote)

- Handle new interior facility construction (upfit) and remodel activities within North America.
- Manage project budgets and timelines ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Provide weekly project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding facilities engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management for logistics operations.
- Experience managing Architectural/Engineering design and permitting processes.
- Knowledge of building codes, fire codes, ADA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Experience with racking systems and related products installation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
