Purpose of your Role
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented team player to join our expanding sales team. As an Account Executive Outbound Sales, you are an experienced hunter & sales closer, with a track record of exceeding your targets. You'll work to identify customer needs, effectively articulate OFX’s value proposition, and discuss how OFX’s products and solutions provide an opportunity for better business money management, financial operations and spend control. Account Executives, who consistently exceed their targets will have the opportunity to explore a variety of exciting career growth prospects within our dynamic and growing organization.

We offer a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $150,000 – $180,000 USD, which includes a base salary of $80,000 – $90,000 USD complemented by an uncapped commission structure. Our comprehensive benefits package is available to all full-time employees and part-time employees working a minimum of 24 hours per week, ensuring you receive valuable support and perks as part of your compensation.
We also offer a flexible hybrid working model where employees typically work 1-2 days from one of our North American offices (San Francisco or Toronto).
This is an existing full time permanent position.
