Junior Account Executive – AI Agents (Remote)

Process Street's Cora is an AI agent and second-brain platform that helps regulated and SMB customers automate operations. We’re hiring a community-first Junior Account Executive to build local pipelines, run demos and workshops, and close deals by bringing Cora to businesses across major metro markets.

Skills

  • Active user of AI tools (Claude Code preferred) and able to demonstrate agentic workflows.
  • Consultative selling and closing experience across $2K–$20K+/month deal sizes.
  • Strong community-building and in-person networking skills.
  • Comfortable selling and demoing from a mobile device.
  • Self-directed, autonomous, and outcome-driven with consistent follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Build local pipeline by attending 3–5 business events weekly and cultivating warm leads from meetups, happy hours, and community gatherings.
  • Deliver on-the-spot demos and run Brain Boot 2-hour workshops to demonstrate Cora’s value.
  • Qualify, nurture, and close deals across Cora’s product suite (Team Brains, Brain Boot, Agents, CEO Brain Coaching, AI Transformation).
  • Manage opportunities end-to-end from initial conversation to signed contract and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success to tailor white-labeled agents and transformation engagements.
  • Track activity and outcomes, and contribute to building the local go-to-market playbook.

Education

  • No specific degree required — open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant sales or community-building training/certifications a plus.
