What You’ll Do
Execute research-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and online databases
Build and qualify target candidate lists for active and future roles
Research companies and programs to identify ideal talent pools and "top shop" companies to recruit from
Surface market and competitor intelligence—track market moves, layoffs, and hiring trends
Direct candidate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS
Support coordination of interviews and candidate communications
Report on sourcing metrics and trends to the Head of People
Participate in team meetings, recruiting syncs, and collaborate on recruiting projects

Who We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled CU Boulder junior or senior (all majors welcome; interest in HR, business, or psych a plus)
Strong research skills, curiosity, and resourcefulness
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Energized by outreach and connecting with new people
Effective written and verbal communicator
Tech-savvy and able to pick up new tools quickly
Coachable, eager to learn, and interested in people/talent topics
Depending on business needs and performance, could have the opportunity to transition to full-time
Logistics
In-office: Tuesday & Thursday at Denver office
WFH: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (minimum 20 total hours/week)
Must be able to start in early April 2026
Must be currently enrolled as a junior or senior at CU Boulder
