About the Opportunity

The Lead Recruiter, Growth Markets drives hiring results in emerging and expansion markets, empowering us to offer our services to children, families, and school districts in new areas. This role manages full-cycle recruiting, partnering with regional sales and operations leaders to build candidate pipelines in anticipation of new business and successfully place candidates when opportunities arise. 

Key Responsibilities Successfully Place Candidates

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, bench management and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for anticipated and confirmed hiring needs.
  • Meet recruiting performance goals including hiring targets and time-to-fill.
  • Prioritize recruiting activity based on business needs and hiring timelines.
  • Create and execute region-specific marketing and advertising campaigns to generate brand awareness in new markets.

Market Development & Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with regional sales and operations leaders to grow new markets.
  • Identify talent supply and customize recruiting strategies in targeted geographies best fit for specific markets.
  • Collaborate with newly integrated companies to establish local recruiting strategies.
  • Support recruiting launches when entering new markets or integrating new teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs and hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting progress.
  • Share insights on market conditions and candidate availability.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes and timely hiring decisions.

 Operational Excellence & Data Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Follow recruiting workflows and documentation standards.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain organized candidate records.
  • Support accurate reporting and recruiting metrics.

 Candidate Experience

  • Represent the organization’s mission and opportunities to candidates.
  • Communicate clearly about timelines, next steps, and expectations.
  • Ensure candidates experience a professional and organized hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting / talent acquisition.
  • Experience sourcing candidates in competitive and emerging markets.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
