The College Board is seeking a Director of Teamship District Partnerships to expand their Teamship program in selected states, focusing on building and managing partnerships with schools and districts.
Responsibilities: Drive sales and expansion of the Teamship program, manage district partnerships, and oversee the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to renewal.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, strategic thinking, and experience in managing a sales pipeline and maximizing partner engagement.
Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in school district leadership or educational sales, preferably with established relationships in Career and Technical Education or work-based learning.

Candidates who live near CB offices have theoptionof being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).
All College Board employeesare required totravel occasionally to meet in-person for business purposes. Travel for this role may reach up to 30 percent.

As Director,TeamshipDistrict Partnerships,you will lead the charge to bringTeamshipto students across your region.You willoperatewith significant ownership, managing district and school partnerships across a defined U.S. region and set of priority focus states. You will oversee thefulllifecycle from prospecting to renewal and expansion.
This is not a transactional sales role.Teamshipis redefining how districtsdeliver high-quality work-based learning atscale.You will build markets, shape state strategy, and partner directly with district leaders to reimagine how students experience career-connected learning. You will develop pipelines from the ground up, craft compelling value propositions, and help districts solve real implementation challenges.
You willbe responsible forgeneratingnew sales, onboarding new partners, strengthening retention, and expanding impact year over year. Success in this role means more students gaining access toTeamshipand developing durable skills that will shapetheirfutures.
