Location: Field Sales, Candidates must be based out of New York

The Account Executive will be responsible for the following primary duties:

Ā· Develop effective strategies to address customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Ā· Prioritize high-value accounts and activities to maximize sales performance.

Ā· Monitor and analyze competitors' activities to remain agile and adjust accordingly.

Ā· Collaborate effectively with internal support teams to deliver superior customer experiences.

Ā· Strategically plan sales calls with clear objectives and actionable steps.

Ā· Stay informed of market trends and provide insightful recommendations to Area Management.

Ā· Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of account history, processes, procedures, and key issues.

Ā· Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries and concerns to establish trust and credibility.

Ā· Provide timely and comprehensive information to consultants and external resources to enable effective performance.

Ā· Possess a deep understanding of all Heinemann product offerings and excellent questioning skills.

Ā· Display a comprehensive knowledge of state and local initiatives to provide effective solutions to customers.

Education and necessary experience:

Ā· This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ā· Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quota.

Ā· Proficient in MS Office and Sales Management Software.

Salary Range: $77K -$82K + uncapped commissionsĀ
