Sales Executive - job 2 of 4

At Clarity Innovations, we imagine, design, and build the future of education.

For 30 years, we’ve helped clients improve the process and practice of teaching and learning by creating solutions that match promising technologies with the needs of education. Demand for our services continues to grow and we are excited to bring on a full-time Sales Executive.

We are seeking a Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads, expand our underrepresented presence in an established market, and grow revenue from both packaged service offerings and core service areas as we implement a structured sales operation. This is a hunter/gatherer role: you thrive in a consultative, relationship-based sales role, prospecting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities with former, current, and prospective clients. You will work alongside our President & CEO and Director of Strategy as part of our BizDev team.

Do you have deep knowledge of the K-12 education industry and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in B2B professional services? If so, we invite you to apply and join Clarity Innovations as a dedicated Sales Executive.

Compensation

This role offers a base salary of $80,900 to $97,100 annually, plus 5% commission of the closed-won revenue you bring in. For a driven sales professional, we anticipate your total annual compensation could approach $200,000 as your book of business scales up in the first two years.

In addition, Clarity will provide a six-month bridge paid in scheduled installments to support your onboarding, ramp up, and initial cultivation of the sales pipeline. Full compensation details, including commission structure and bridge payment schedule, will be shared with final candidates prior to offer. Benefits are listed separately below.

Our commitment to pay equity means our base salary offer will be our best possible offer, and not negotiable so that we may maintain internal pay equity for all employees. Once hired, compensation is reviewed no less than annually and adjustments may be made based on performance, professional growth, and market data, in accordance with Oregon pay equity law.

Who is Clarity Innovations?

The Clarity team is dedicated, experienced, and trusted by clients large and small to make the impossible happen, every day. We offer expertise, context, and domain knowledge at the intersection of education and technology.
