Manager, Internal Communications

ABBYY is a global leader in intelligent automation and AI-driven document processing serving enterprise customers including many Fortune 500 firms. The Manager, Internal Communications will shape ABBYY's employer brand, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership, HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to deliver clear, consistent communications across the employee lifecycle and support organizational change and talent attraction.

Skills

  • Proven experience in employer branding, internal communications, or HR marketing
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and executive communications capability
  • Experience with employer branding platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor) and CMS tools
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to measure engagement
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize internal communication channels (intranet, email, Teams, newsletters, video) to ensure clarity and engagement
  • Partner with the CEO and executives to craft company-wide messages, town halls, and leadership communications
  • Collaborate with HR to develop strategic messaging across onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
  • Support change management and organizational transformation with clear, empathetic communications
  • Monitor internal sentiment, address misinformation proactively, and support reputation management
  • Design programs to foster belonging, recognition, and retention (awards, milestones, celebrations)
  • Plan and coordinate internal events and global meetings with cross-functional partners
  • Define, refine, and activate ABBYY's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to support talent attraction
  • Manage employer reputation across Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other platforms and execute recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Enable Talent Acquisition with branding assets, messaging, and recruiter training

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education
