Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Anduril Industries is a mission-driven defense technology company building advanced autonomy, AI, sensor fusion, and networking systems for U.S. and allied military capabilities. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and scale SG&A recruiting, partnering with senior and executive leaders to design and execute talent strategies, optimize processes, and close complex, leadership-level hires.

Skills

  • 10+ years progressive talent acquisition experience with 4+ years in leadership or senior IC roles
  • Proven experience recruiting across SG&A functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Ops, Marketing, Executive)
  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence Director/VP/C-level
  • Advanced ATS and recruiting tool proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Sophisticated sourcing skills including Boolean search, market mapping, and executive networking
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to optimize recruiting performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • U.S. Person eligibility for access to export-controlled information/facilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for assigned SG&A functions aligned to business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-level and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent forecasting
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for critical, complex, or leadership-level requisitions from intake through offer negotiation and close
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and compensation insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, optimize performance, and present insights to leadership
  • Champion employer brand and ensure a compelling candidate experience across the SG&A lifecycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, People Business Partners, and other Talent Acquisition leaders

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree
