Strategic/Sales Operations Lead, Armory

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion. Armory is a new sales channel focused on accelerating commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product and partner offerings. The Strategic/Sales Operations Lead will build the Armory offering system, establish GTM processes, manage partner contracting workflows, and drive reporting and forecasting to scale commercial sales into the DOD and allied customers.

Skills

  • Proven experience running internal sales operations teams supporting B2B in the defense sector
  • Strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and success in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and resource management
  • Experience interfacing with US and international customers and partners
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and ability to obtain U.S. Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Own development and rollout of a highly efficient offering system and vetting/contracting process for partners
  • Create and maintain Armory sales channel content (Monthly Growth Brief/Report, QBRs, Long Range Plan)
  • Collaborate across Anduril business lines, partner teams, and corporate functions to advance growth initiatives
  • Support pipeline forecasting, planning, and progress reporting toward sales objectives
  • Represent Armory in key customer and partner meetings and support executive presentations
  • Foster a culture of trust, open communication, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required
