Skills: Relevant experience in software sales, corporate partnerships or CSR, strong communication and presentation skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Qualifications: Proven track record in business development, experience with employee engagement or social impact programs preferred, and a passion for corporate philanthropy.
Location: Remote work option from the United States; approximately 20% travel within the CENTRAL NORTH TERRITORY (MN/IA/MO/NE/KS) is required.
Compensation: $101400 - $138100 / Annually

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $101,400.00 to $138,100.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
