Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite; attention to detail; and knowledge of US and UK employment legislation.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in People & Culture or HR; understanding of UK HR legislation is a plus; proven experience in a global HR team.
Location: Anywhere in the US, Texas
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $85,000.

The Opportunity
The People & Culture Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in providing efficient and effective administrative and support to the People & Culture department. This position is responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, action-oriented, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will possess high attention to detail and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, they will be a key driver in identifying areas for continuous improvement and they will be managing end-to-end P&C initiatives.
