Director, Partner Success GSI/BPO

NICE is a global leader in AI, cloud and digital customer experience solutions serving large enterprises. The Director, Global Partner Success – GSI/BPO will lead a worldwide team of Partner Success Managers and Implementation Engineers to drive adoption, expansion and long-term value with Global System Integrators (GSI) and BPO partners, acting as a senior partner advocate and cross-functional leader to ensure consistent, high-quality partner experiences.

Skills

  • Proven global partner or customer success leadership experience across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Deep knowledge of GSI and/or BPO delivery models and partnership structures.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Technical aptitude and experience working with engineering and implementation teams.
  • Data-driven mindset to monitor partner health and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and scale a global team of Partner Success Managers and Implementation Engineers supporting GSI and BPO partners.
  • Define performance expectations, success metrics, and standardized operating rhythms across regions.
  • Own strategic partner engagements to ensure adoption, expansion and long-term value realization.
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships with key GSI and BPO partners and present strategic updates to executives.
  • Represent Partner Success in global forums, partner summits and cross-functional steering committees.
  • Develop thought-leadership content and represent NICE at industry events and partner conferences.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or friction across partners, sales and delivery organizations.
  • Standardize global engagement models, monitor partner health with data-driven insights, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • MBA or equivalent strategic/business education preferred.
