We are seeking a part-time Clinical Recruiter for our Empowerment Team at Presence, a leader in teletherapy solutions for children, who will support our mission by sourcing and guiding clinical candidates while engaging in virtual interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities: The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, conducting virtual interviews, leading compensation discussions, and managing candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals.
Skills: Required skills include at least 2 years of recruiting or sales experience, strong communication skills, experience with virtual interviews, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a strong service mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Location: This is a fully remote position in the United States, with up to 10% travel required for team engagement activities.

About the role:
We’re looking for a temporary, part-time Clinical Recruiter, Empowerment Team to join our team. Reporting to the Provider Empowerment Director and working closely with the Clinical Operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs. This role is perfect for someone who is who is passionate about recruiting and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting our clinical network, and offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting our clinical recruiting efforts and helping expand access to high-quality special education services for schools and students across the country – all while contributing to a mission-driven organization that helps children with special needs.
To stay connected, all employees commit to being available on-camera during our Core Working Hours (Monday - Friday, 12 - 5 p.m. ET) with standard business hours of 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. in your local time zone. For this role, up to 10% travel may be required to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
This is a temporary, part-time, non-exempt position working up to 25 hours per week.

The hourly pay range for this role is $30.00–$35.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for full-time employee benefits.
