We are delighted to present a fantastic position for an experienced OEM Defence Business Development Manager to join the U.S. team on a full‑time, remote basis. This role will focus exclusively on securing and growing business within land-based defence OEMs, with the scope to expand into additional defence sectors over time.

This is a high‑impact, strategically important role where you will lead the complete defence sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to technical discussions, commercial negotiation and closing. You will be supported by a collaborative technical and operational team, but will have full autonomy to drive defence pipeline growth across the U.S.
