- Deep employee relations and investigation experience

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HR Business Partner team, facilitate team meetings, and ensure consistent HR policy application
- Act as senior point of contact for complex employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Oversee benefits program design, annual open enrollment, vendor relationships, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Manage administration of leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability, and workers’ compensation
- Ensure HR operations (onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, personnel files, policy management) run efficiently and compliantly
- Maintain and improve HR reports, dashboards, and data-driven metrics to support business decisions
- Partner with Legal on sensitive employment matters and lead internal HR compliance audits and remediation
- Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
