Staff Recruiter - GTM and G&A

ID.me is a digital identity wallet used by government agencies, healthcare organizations, and consumer brands to securely verify identities. The Staff Recruiter will lead full lifecycle recruiting for Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing) and General & Administrative (Finance, Legal, People, Operations) teams, owning sourcing strategy, stakeholder partnership, process standardization, and AI-enabled recruiting operations to hire high-quality talent at scale.

Skills

  • Full-lifecycle recruiting expertise for GTM and corporate G&A roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager coaching
  • Experience designing and scaling recruiting processes and playbooks
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
  • Comfort leveraging AI/automation to improve sourcing and operations
  • Offer negotiation and candidate closing skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM and G&A roles from intake through offer and close, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner as a strategic advisor with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Product and Operations to define hiring needs and talent profiles
  • Design, document, and standardize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, reduce bias, and increase hiring consistency
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and data-driven workflows to accelerate sourcing, screening, and engagement
  • Manage interview planning, interviewer calibration, structured evaluation, and data-informed debriefs
  • Track recruiting metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements to increase hiring velocity and quality

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
