The Vice President, Publisher Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, securing, and nurturing high-value publisher relationships while collaborating closely with internal teams to align on goals and client communications. This position requires managing complex sales cycles, building a strong pipeline, and consistently exceeding performance targets. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, offering influence over both business development strategy and revenue outcomes. Success will be measured by the ability to grow partnerships, foster long-term relationships, and achieve aggressive revenue objectives. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the publisher network and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and secure enterprise-level publisher partnerships
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in client communications and business objectives
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and other performance KPIs
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in publisher sales or business development with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated experience working with technology platforms in digital advertising or related fields
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and large-scale enterprise relationships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Energetic, driven, and self-motivated with a passion for building meaningful client relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
