VP, Channel & Strategic Alliances

LogicGate is a leader in AI-enabled Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, delivering real-time insights and scalable solutions to enterprise customers. The company is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Channel & Strategic Alliances to build and execute a partner strategy, grow partner-led and co-sell revenue, and lead a U.S.-based alliances team working with consulting, channel, and technology partners.

Skills

  • Proven strategic alliances and channel leadership in enterprise SaaS
  • Strong negotiation and commercial contracting skills
  • Experience building partner programs (MDF, registration, co-sell)
  • Executive relationship development with consulting and technology partners
  • Data-driven decision making and partnership performance measurement
  • Cross-functional collaboration with GTM and product teams
  • Familiarity with GRC or InfoSec ecosystems (preferred)
  • Ability to hire, develop, and scale a remote alliances team

Responsibilities

  • Set vision, goals, and measurable outcomes for the Alliances organization and drive execution.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partners (consulting, channel, and technology) aligned to company objectives.
  • Design and launch channel programs such as registration, MDF, and joint GTM motions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across partner organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to define and operationalize partnership objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, licensing, and joint commercial terms.
  • Monitor partnership performance and produce regular metrics-driven reports for senior leadership.
  • Enable co-selling and joint marketing initiatives to generate pipeline and close partner-influenced deals.
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing alliances team across the U.S.
  • Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and joint customer success initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
  • Relevant certifications or training in partner/channel management a plus
