SpendHound Partner Manager

YipitData is a market-leading data and analytics firm and the creator of SpendHound, a rapidly growing vendor management and benchmarking platform. We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to build and scale relationships with outsourced finance partners, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and help define the playbook for a repeatable partner motion that accelerates customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow an initial portfolio (~5, scaling to 10–20) of outsourced finance partners as the primary relationship manager.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing, and referral workflows with partners to drive mutual value and customer acquisition.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, including forecasting, pipeline tracking, and monthly/annual goal achievement.
  • Perform targeted business development and partner recruitment through referrals and outreach.
  • Create and refine scalable playbooks, enablement materials, and processes to scale the partner motion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable partners with tools, training, and resources.
  • Monitor partner performance, report key metrics, surface insights, and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Act as the internal advocate for partner feedback and iterate on product/engagement improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Relevant coursework or credentials in business, sales, or related fields a plus
